bEMC Accelerates microLED for CPO Innovation with New Semipolar IP License

Under this agreement, bEMC gains access to Yale’s groundbreaking Semipolar patent technology.
This agreement not only solidifies bEMC’s technological leadership in the industry but also marks the beginning of a deep collaboration between the two parties.
The Semipolar patent represents a breakthrough in microLED epitaxy, enabling superior beam control and efficiency.
